IBX Nail Strengthener

This penetrative toughening system works inside the nail (instead of sitting on top), with gentle heat needed to be used first, it is then cured with LED light forming an interpenetrating polymer network that fuses the upper layers of the nail together, the penetrating of the protein into the nail bed, hardens all layers resulting in a longer lasting gel manicure also resulting in stronger nails.

After being in the nail industry for quite some time, I have come across some unsightly severed damaged nails, I was turning new clients away due to the extreme state their nails were in, mostly caused by ‘the drills’ or years of peeling their gel nails off. I refused to work on paper thin nails as I didn’t want to encourage any more damage. So I did some research and was adamant to find a strengthener you can apply underneath a gel mani, usually nail strengthener are in form of a nail polish which of course can’t be used with gel….

I came across IBX, a penetrative, curable monomer system using a heat source to penetrate it into the nail bed layers. I’ve never looked back since!! It is absolutely a necessity in all manicures if you have weak, thin, nails or you just generally want to maintain the strength.
